year of my motor

k i got a title on the bike wich matchs the frame 82 xj750 but my motor im thinkin has been replaced or swaped the code on the motor is 22r-002281 tryin to find the year out of that im thinkin its a 83 750 but not to sure can anyone confirm by that number

ya i have read that but didnt understand the motor cross reference parts to identify the motor to year of it
