    Hi guys,
I hope every one is well.
I am in the process of rebuilding the engine in my Seca, after replacing the Hi-vo starter chain and guide.
(and yes, I rebuilt the starter clutch)
It's just when trying to replace the lower crank case half, I cant seem to get it to fit properly with the top half.
The back end is sitting up a couple of mils, front is ok. Its like there is something sticking out/up and I cant see what.
So I come the the vast knowledge base that is xbikes, and seek help from the gurus of XJ to shed some light on what might be causing me to lose the last remaining wisps of hair that i have left.
Thanks guys, any help very much appreciated.
    Stay safe,
    Zeb.

Problem solved. It was the funny looking shim on the final drive, the casing went on the wrong side.
Yay, just waiting on clutch discs and a cam chain tensioner and she'll be ready to go back in the bike. Happy day.
