XJ550 Seca Battery Cover

    So from what I’ve seen the battery covers on the Seca’s are basically impossible to find and if you can they’re expensive. I have been trying to think of alternatives but outside of sheet metal I’m at a loss. Was wondering what some solutions you guys have come up with?

    Borrow one and get a boat-yard ( or similar) to make a glass fibre mould - make a bunch and sell them on ebay for $$$s

    My bike is currently red but that will probably change. My tank and fairings need a lot of work so they’ll be changing slowly but surely.

    That’s not a bad idea if I knew someone who had one. I was actually considering trying to 3D print one.
