    Does anybody have an idea?
It appears to be plastic. I refered to my haynes manual, but didn't find anything. In case you're wondering, it's not the chain guard. Here's some photos:

I fit isn't pieces of the primary chain guide then it could be pieces of the cam chain guide, either the front or back one.

I was refering to the oil pump sprocket guard, so I think you're on to something Blue. I didn't think of the primary chain guide.
I just changed the head, and the cam chain guides are fine.

I've pulled pieces of a primary guide out before, and the 2 pic look strikingly similar, do they sort of resemble a toblerone bar?? cause thats what the piece I dug out looked like.

I can't tell from the photos. But, there's not too much for it not to be:

    Chain Guide
    Clutch Disc Fiber
Wrapping from the Oil Level Sender.

Yeah, it does look a little bit like a toblerone bar, just dosn't taste as good.
What ever it was, she was running just fine without it, and I'm not about to crack that case open. I'm just glad I found it now before that oil pump got clogged up.
Thanks for all the help guys.

Look around and be sure that you got ALL of it out of there. No sense buttoning that baby up without taking a long look around for any more bits that might be hiding someplace just waiting to have you put that bike upright once again.

A piece of long Vinyl Hose Duct-taped into the hose of your Shop-Vac will make a neat tool to use exploring the nooks and crannies where you cant get a good look into. Any particulate will either get vacuumed-out of be right onn the end of the Vinyl Hose to grab and remove.

I just found something very similar in my engine. It was the starter chain guide. Unfortunately for me when mine tore up it jammed the starter chain and I had to split the case. Did you notice any chain grooves in the pieces when you pulled them out?

Best be sure you have a Mortuary plan in place before you even get on the bike. Not my first choice method to win a Darwin Award.
