    That's an idea. . .

    We go on a spring trip every year (except this, Covid year) that is a motorcycle-camping, 2000 mile, week long trip. This is why the handlebar geometry is so important. What she has now, she says is perfect, but the bars are ugly (and I'm sure they are slightly bent).

    She also uses the bike for commuting, when appropriate.

    We will throw a few dollars at a solid replacement, but in the end I might have to go after the stock bars with a grinder, the Oxy-acetylene, and some chrome-like powder-coat. All of these things I can do in-house.

    Thanks for all of your help guys!

    If you chose to do that please post a pic of your results. Thanks...

    Well, I went and re-measured, and those specs are actually correct. Maybe they can be corrected about 1/2" in the pull-back and the rise, depending on exactly where at the end of the handlebars the measurement is taken (centerline, or the very farthest possible distance), but basically these are the measurements for the XJ750 Seca bars:

    width = 29"
    rise at grip = 9.5"
    pullback at grip = 7"
