I cant remember the name of the buisness, but if you do a search on Ebay for longer cables you should find it . the prices were pretty reasonable.
Ape hangers = BEE catcher when used with tee shirt-- be careful

Take a look at my gallery. I just had my throttle and clutch cable made at a local shop because I am impatient. If I had more time to wait, I would have had motionpro.com make em. They will make any cable to any length you need. Around $40 a cable if I remember right. Best way to figure length is to get the bars installed where you want em, put your controls on your bars and use some twine to run from the end of your existing cable to see how much length you need to add. Give yourself an inch or two to play with, just in case. I took all the electircal off my bars soI have none of that mess. I can't remember where I got my brake lines made. The website was a mess when I used it and I remember it getting worse after I ordered. I'll go look at my lines tomorrow to see who actually made the line. Good luck. Don't be afraid to post some pics.
