I would like to know if the front brake lines for a 650lj seca turbo are interchangeable
    with a 650rj seca

They are pretty close. The Turbo handle bars are about 1" taller.
You're not contemplating used brake lines are you?
I just put SS lines on my RJ/LJ hybrid.
    Ordered 2 x 17" lines and 1 x 14" from Venhill. https://www.venhillusa.com/
They explain how to correctly size the length needed as you need to allow for the fittings.
You choose the angle of each fitting. Fittings thread on like unions so the rotational offset is unnecessary to consider.
Very easy. Chacal's price is competitive if you go that route.
I combined FZ calipers so needed a custom fit otherwise would have just ordered from XJ4Ever.

I saw some replacement brake lines for a turbo and was wondering if they would work
on a seca non turbo. If the bars are 1" higher wouldn't that just make a little more slack
if mounted on a non turbo ?

    Slack shouldn't hurt IMO.

Agreed, but as I mentioned above its very simple to order replacement lines to what is actually required.
The cheap kits on Ebay typically supply just 2 lines and a double length banjo bolt for the front brakes instead of the OEM 3 line system with the splitter block.
Nothing functionally wrong with that, just not as tidy IMO.

Please replace with stainless, i just got my set from Len and installed. I took one of my old lines and bent it backwards right at a union joint and a crack , with a little twist the union came right off. scary part is i just rode to town 2 days ago. And if i may... Thank you Len for the speedy shipping during this covid BS.

SOLID advice! Also, if you ask nice and can tolerate a little "lead time" I believe Chacal is able to produce "custom fit" lines as well.
