Thanks for the infor on the Tach bulbs folks, now a question about speedometers. Mine ('82 Seca) has a screw out. One of the small screws on wither side of the center post (needle post). It has come out and is rolling around at the bottom of the speedo face. Can the speedo be taken apart, or the clear plastic face cover be removed in order to screw this screw back in? Thanks.

It can be taken apart very easily! It is putting it back together that can be challenging. I seem to recall a thread detailing with some pictures a nice way to open up a speedo. You'll need to spend some time with the search feature to find it though.

I've had mine apart to see just what is all in there. They can be tricky to get back together, but take your time and is not all that difficult. Watch where the wiring is routed when you take it apart. That seemed to be the main problem I had when putting mine back together. PD
