    i got the turn signals and clutch cable today! thanks man.

    i have another situation i'm going to have to iron out. the bike came with two fuel tanks. both have a rust hole in them (oddly the holes are in the exact same place)... i don't tig weld so i'm either going to have to get the tank welded up or find a good one and have it painted. any advice or thoughts on my fuel tank situation?

    mine had holes at the tail of the tank. you can use silver solder to do patches then line the tank.
    there is a thread on a 650 seca tank which can fit with a few tweeks you need the 650 mounting rubber tank hits frame tubes at rear so you need to pad that section or do a little hammer work. down side is handle bars need to be adjusted so they dont hit the tank and also most 650 seca tanks cost about as much as a 900 seca tank.
    i saw a tank for 300 but it has a big dent in it.

    I have picked some parts from a salvage yard in CA for my project 900 SECA. The place is Neanderthal Salvage in Bloomington.
    Reasonable junkers.
