I just ordered some clubmans, should be here in a week or so.

Wont my turn signals get in the way? What should I do with them? I've looked around the front of the bike and there doesn't seem to be any good place to put them. Also I'd like to relocate the horns. IMO they look pretty ugly right up front without the fairing.

No, your signals won't get in the way, look at my avatar.

And as for the horns, there's an easy fix for that too!
If your bike has an oil cooler, there is a bolt behind the header that holds the bracket for the lines. All I did was mount one of the 2 horns, on it's resonator (or whatever those shim brackets are called) right to this bolt and remove the second horn.

    Works great and compltely hidden!

Here's a pic of clubmans with stock signals, and the horn relocated behind the header (not that you can see it):

Ease, Thanks for the picture and your help, greatly appreciated.

    However.

I think there might be a model difference between yours and mine.

My bike is an 81 Seca. Yes, yours is a Seca(mind you, a VERY good looking Seca) , but mines an earlier model.

My signals are attached in a higher position, which are on the headlight mounting brackets. I'm sorry, I don't have pictures, but if you were to place them somewhere on your picture, they are in the same spot as those yellow reflectors. I wish I had a picture, maybe I'll harass my roommate tomorrow and get a proper picture.

Regardless, I'm going to mess around with it and see what I can do as far as moving the signals goes.... Are there any legal limitations as far as that goes?? (CA law)

    Hey Guys,
I'd be down to ride this weekend too, any ideas on how to clear the 1/2 inch of ice off the tarmac so I don't have to use one of those auxillary wheels we've been seeing?

I think riding is still out for at least another month.

    Enjoy yourselves

I can tell you for certain that on the '81 550 Seca , the turn signals will definately get in the way. I've got my flash new clubman bars on my bike last week, but I've got my signals dangling from the front until i can figure out how to mount them... I'm thinking I'll look for some bar end mirror with the LED indicators on the back.

    Oops, My bad.

Well in that case I don't know what to tell ya. My headlight mount had the space on it to mount the turn signals. I've since switched to different mounts so I'm not even running signals up front anymore...

If your state requires you get the bike examined / saftied before you register it than i sugges doing do before your mods.. then either pulling off the signals and going for hand signals, or trying to find a creative way to mount yours...

Although I was considering mounting my signals to the headlight bucket bolts (where the reflectors were in that pic). So there would be room on my bike.

Sorry I couldn't be more help,
    Ease.

    EDIT:
How about lowering your headlight?? Should work great for clearence and allow for the indicators to move with it (if they're attached to the bucket, as I understand).

Using mounts like these: Ceraini Headlight Ears

I have em without the rubber:

HEY! You can see the horn better in this picture too! :D

Yeah, its a real pickle. lol

I'm thinking about going to the hardware store and finding some sort of mounting hardware for them.

    I found a solution!

I removed the horns and their thin metal arms (couldn't think of a better word) and found that there are still the bolt that holds the arms there. So I relocated the horns and got an L shaped bracket with bolt holes, mounted those to the old horn bolt, and mounted the signals on the other side of the L.

Not right now no... I'll see if I can borrow a buddies camera tomorrow.

In case you're curious what I used for the L brackets, They are rather small Simpson ties that I got from Home Depot. They required a bit of drilling, but work great and look almost like a piece of stock hardware.
