I'm repairing my centre stand. It is so worn that I cannot establish the angle it should be at, as new. So if anybody can tell me the angle the legs should be at with respect to the ground, or the angle of the foot relative to the stand leg, (the same angle) I'd be very grateful.

I've tried to work it out but the angle I came up with seems too close to vertical.

Do you mean the side stand?

    Hi Brent

no, I mean the centre stand. The diagram shows its right hand side.

The side stand is next on the list of jobs.

Using a piece of card as a template and measuring the angle with a protractor, I've come up with approx. 105 deg.[IMG]

Thank you David. Just to check, is that on a fairly unworn stand?
