    Carb #1 looks decent, maybe could be a bit more free. The others, not so much. The way the slides seem to fight your screwdriver, it seems there is some cleaning to be done, not the fault of the diaphragms.

    Sticky opening = sticky closing. Too slow on 2, 3, 4.
