Oil leaking from stator cover

    This is the mn wop! i have a 1983 yamaha xj650 when riding my bike oil sprays all over my left shoe, and its coming from the stator cover. and it only leaks when riding !! it has a little weep hole in the engine side. and why is there so much oil in there?

    when you do the seal you should also change the alt brushes
