    It wasn't always this nice. You can see somebody turned the US version into a bumblebee! I always wanted a 1980s Honda Intercepter and the US version hadn't grown on me yet so I painted it to look like a clone of the Canadian version. I nicknamed her Captain Canada.

    Let me know how that works out for ya... Honestly though, they're kind of rare down here in the States, not sure how rare they are up there but it looks like its in good shape so you might want to make an offer.

    Mine is ok with me buying/restoring/riding/selling as long as she's gets a cut of the profits.

    Seems like the bike sold. So it's time to concentrate on the Maxim and get the hanging idle sorted and install the new parts from XJ4EVER.

    Hanging idle might be from vacuum leak, idle adjustment screw or cable routing/lack of cable lubrication, or maybe your return spring doesn't have enough tension on it. Let us know what you find out.

    I've sprayed the boots and carb with carb cleaner and no change in idle. So I think the next step is cable lube see what that does then into the carbs. It's 32°C here 40°C with the humidity (90°F and 104•F) so my garage is just a heat sink supposed to rain on the weekend, I think I will wait till then.

    Too bad it’s missing the scoops, missing the correct exhaust, and the anti-dive hoses are routed wrong.....

    if anyone can get the vin number, I’d be interested to either add it, or update it on the 900rk registry for USA-delivered units.
