Hey everyone by the end of the season I'll be needing new tires. I'm looking for suggestions on what your running or prefer. Do they even make matching sets for our bikes anymore?

What are your priorities? Mileage, dry grip, wet grip, cold weather grip?

Pirelli MT66 last a long time and offer decent grip in the dry, but are dangerous in the wet if my experience is valid.

Metzeler ME888 also come in the correct sizes, and should be better allround.

There are likely more pairs available from Dunlop, Conti, Michelin etc.

I 2nd the Pirelli MT66 "Route 66". I am on my second rear and first front. I like the handling, and the durability, plus the price is great. I commute and also test them heavily on local mountain rides - I am in Colorado, so there are twist and turns available anytime. Last week they were put to the test on a 900 mile ride to the southwest corner, on plenty of mountain curves, heavy rains with a bit of hail, and even a few miles of highway that was shredded to just gravel and dirt for a repavement project.
