    Hello All,
I have been looking for a thread pertaining to mounting aftermarket grips to the OEM throttle tube, or what aftermarket throttle tube I should purchase to install aftermarket grips.

The only option I have seen is to Dremel the OEM throttle tube to allow the aftermarket grips to go on, if this is the only option for installation with the OEM Throttle Tube could some elaborate on what needs to be modified?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Can you get a screwdriver under the old grips? Or cut them off with a Stanley knife with the blade just protruding from the knife body.

@Franz The old grips are off that was not an issue at all, the problem i am running into is putting the aftermarket grips on the OEM throttle tube.

at the end of tube there are tabs you need to cut them off .
to install grip I use dish soap not dawn dishsoap.
grip will slide on and stay in place when the soap dries out .

to remove grips I lift the edgw spray wd 40 under them then inflate with an air nozzle

an oem replacment grip would have that tube included.
