It was sunny up here yesterday, and in Celsius double-digits for first time this year. Not even close to 86F; but much more comfortable for riding than in 2C. Sunny again today. I am really pining for summer.

Oh... Don't think I'll make it to Daytona this year.

Yes, I guess it was nice out yesterday. I pushed the snow piles back along the driveway to make it widder just incase the wind should decide to blow and drift us back in again. It may be some time before it's clear enough to get the bike out however.

It was beautiful here yesterday, a steaming 0/-1 C  . But then it turned nasty last night and dumped 15-20 cm on us. So still another few weeks to a month before spring. As for Bike week, you never know, made it last year? Depends if I have to go down for work or not.

There has been rain in the forecast here for over a week now, but it has yet to materielize. Gamuru and I went on a lovely group ride last Sunday, and I rode to work twice this week. Today I went out and washed and waxed my bike. (See my other thread) Again they are forecasting rain for later this week, but we'll see. There's a saying about the weather here: "If you don't like it, wait a minute!"

I rode 360 miles over the last two days
    Both afternoons were ~75F
    And both evenings were ~45F

Quite a change, was not prepared with a mesh textile jacket and thin gloves.
Rode interstate speeds and above pretending I was a popsicle

I wish I could be there, but wont be making it this year.
Hope we have some XJ representation there though :)

it was low 60's for me yesterday

didn't do any riding, just wheeled the bike to the garage door so i'd have some sun shining on it, and went to work ;)

it's 98% done! and man, I love my bike. So glad I bought it!
