I have a 1982 maxim 1100 with the backrest (Padded) planning on switching out to the non padded regular sissy bar. I believe the black part of the sissy bar from the 750 is exactly the same as the 1100. Anyone confirm this ?

I can't answer your question but are you selling the old one complete and will it fit a 750 Maxim if you are?

Hello...No I'm keeping it. And i found out the 750 won't fit the 1100 or vise versa. They are different. I'll have to get an 1100 specific one. But i do see a bunch of 750 ones on ebay.
