Hello all, I've learned a lot on this site but this is my first post. I have a 82 750 max, a buddy of mine has a 82 750 Virago with a blown cylinder. I was wondering if I could swap out the upper triple to allow me to put on some drag bars. I've tried to find more info on the fork diameter, but am having no luck. Also, what will this do to my headlight ears and mounting points for the stock gauge cluster? He is also offering me his rims. They are in better shape and have a nice paint scheme. I pretty sure they are a direct swap but I thought I would double check.

    Thanks in advance

Sorry, I think I should have posted this in Mods. Will the upper triple from a 650 solve the handle bar problem in a simpler manner.

I have an upper from an 81 650 on my 82 750 so that i could run different bars, its a pretty direct swap.
