Is there a thread or post for a step by step carb rebuild guide on here? and if so could someone show me the link? I have read through the church of clean and they say there is supposedly a step by step page on here somewhere.

    Read the above.
Watch the Mezmo engineering vids on the Carb.
Make sure you pay attention to the enrichment jet holes in the float bowl. Many people miss that and the bike won't start as easy or at all w/o carb start
Also the little holes that go thru the pilot jet to the mix screw and thru the 3 holes in the top inside of the carb. That's not covered in Mezmo but I think the church of clean or the carb page on xj4ever has a link to the video.

re use all the brass from the carb. Get parts from xj4ever and NOT from ebay / Amazon unless you want to trial and error (that's what I did).
