So I have checking my ignition coils yesterday and the primary test measured 2.8 ohms and 2.9 ohms. As per the thread I found on here should be 2.5 ohms +/- 10% for 2.25 to 2.75 ohms

The secondary measurement was 11k something so right in the middle of the range.

So I'm out of that range, but it is close.
Is this a replace moment? or an you'll be fine moment?

(shout out to Dan Gardner for the great write up)

but did you take away the resistance of the test leads?
put both test leads together and note the resistance, then take that away from the coil resistance, that should bring your results into spec

I guess it's technically out of spec, but not ridiculously out of spec.

Is there a problem you are chasing down such that you might suspect the coils?
