Hello, I'm repainting the whole bike piece by piece and I would like to powder coat the chrome piece of the signal, (PO spray painted them black). They're in pretty bad condition and I don't want to damage them more by guessing my way to dismantle them, if anyone know how it can be done? 20240815_032154.jpg

You can't. The rubber is heat-molded to the steel.
You can wire brush the paint off and electroplate the visible metal in nickel at home though.

I didn't see your message before doing it, I managed to take it apart, I probably broke the heat molded part :( 20240818_000744.jpg . Went from the bulb housing to the chrome piece (it has threads inside). I've got some more restauration to do, I think the rubber piece connecting to the threaded stud was heat molded on it, ill find a solution but I think it will turn out ok!
