Petrol cap key

    Can anybody tell me if the key for the seat lock helmet lock is the same key for the petrol cap on an XJ 650 1980 Yamaha 4k1 is it a double sided key or a single sided key please anyone thank you jacque

    Or in my case, aftermarket trash that came with one key for tank/ignition and lock key missing, nobody cuts Chinese keys back here - fantastic

    Just found out on my 4k1 the ignition and petrol cap are the same the seat and helmet lock use a different key got the petrol cap open picked the lock and it came open found out why it wouldn't open is the two lugs on either side weren't retracting properly but all fixed now
