    Hi Guys,
    i took the rear wheel off today and put some new rubber on, so here lies the problem.
    is there a trick puting the wheel back on? cant seem to get the wheel to slide back into the housing where the shaft goes into, sorry dont know the proper name. lookin for any pointers before i struggle with it too much.

    I ran into that the last time I had my rear tire changed out. The gears are probably meshed, even though it might seem otherwise. I merely put the axle back in, and tightening the axle nut pushed the wheel back into place.

    Rotate the wheel assembly a bit, the gears ought to mesh right up. If it won't slide on, you gots problems. Remove, clean both surfaces w/ WD-40 and have a look. Mashed gear splines? Bad news. All clear? Re-grease w/ High pressure/temp MolyB and try again.

    Put the bike in Gear so you don't have the driveline spinng while you are trying to turn the wheel to put it back together.
