Ive got two bikes. One is a seca550 cafe racer style with a 4 - 1 pipe on it.
I dont remember the year exactly but i think its 81 or 82.

Ive also got a XJ650 seca thats more of an upright toury style bike with the 4 -2 exhaust.

Well looking around i see the seat chop and fenderless look on these bikes and it looks awesome.

Can i put the 4 -1 exhaust from the 550 on the 650?

I kind of half heartedly tried already but i thought there might be right foot brake clearance issues?

    Anyone?

    Thanks!

No, the 650/750/900 exhaust will swap, but the 550 has a smaller flange pattern...

Oh, and welcome to the site. Got any pics of your bikes?

Indeed i do and i will post them tomorrow because they are at home on my
    camera :)

Does anyone have any links then for some fancy 4 -1 's for a 650?

I really like the way the left side gets opened up with the removal of that exhaus on that side with the drive shaft all open and such. then the fender chop makes em looks sweeeeet :)

    Thanks!

Go to ebay and do a search for XJ650 exhaust or something along those lines. Mac makes a good cheap 4-1, there's a couple other companies too, but Mac's are the most common. Also, Dennis Kirk has them (www.denniskirk.com).

Looking forward to seeing pics...

I spotted Jardine has a set too in the Chaparral catalog just last night.

IIRC, Dennis Kirk has the Mac exhaust for about $220.
