I would like to think I could reduce the size of the jet needle rather than increasing the the jet size.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

I don't know why you are looking to do this but the simplest way would be to raise the jet needle with shims or small thin washers. Note that this will increase fuel delivery in the mid range but at top range you are mostly on the main jets alone and will be restricted by their size.

Re: Richen high speed mixture without removing the carbureto

Thats what I needed to know, I am looking to richen up the high speed ( wot)
I get A little hesitation at 5to 6 grand at (wide open throttle) and my plug insulators are white white, I guess it's time to pull the carb rack again and increase the main jet size. Idle, off idle and mid-range are perfect.
    Thanks for the info.
