'85 XJ700 Maxim for sale

I have an '85 XJ700 Maxim for sell that is in excellent condition and only has just over 9000 original miles on it. I'm asking $2800 for it but will consider all offers or trades for other bikes.

You know its just too bad that in a place like this site with so many nice and helpful people there always has to be an ass in the group. Some people just never grow up

9000 miles and excellent condition if all this is true you could get it.. I just rebuilt mine last year and already had a offer of 3300...so stick with it friend...

I was offered $3000 for the bike some months ago but wasn't really looking to sell it at the time just curious what it could go for. As far as it being as nice as I said I have many pictures for people to see and the picture that was used of it in the XJ calendar that was made not long ago. If I can get $3000 out of it now I would just too buy a bigger bike.

Are you selling the bike or buying forward controls for it? You seem to have some contradictory posts on here.

I picked up some forward controls on eBay a while back but never installed them. Bike has since been stolen. :cry:

 

well I am selling the bike but as long as I still have it it might as well be comfortable. If I don't get what I want out of it I'll just keep it.

 

Bike is still available if anyone is interested. I was going to keep it but got it out a few times last week and decided I want something a little bigger so i'm going to try to sell it again. If anyone wants to see some pics of the bike I can send you some they are just to big to post here.
