It is a gsxr of sorts - from the snout and the grilled air intake. I'd actually guess against the busa as the tail section looks sportier... I'd guess a slightly older gsxr750 - in the 2001/2002 range I'd guess...

    Is there a real answer?

I think it is a TL1000S Suzuki. Kind of hard to tell from that angle.

It's not a TL - they are V-twins and this is definitely a four (you can tell by the width of the motor behing the fairing). They also have different bodywork

It is not a Busa either because they have totally different bodywork as well.

    It is a GSXR 750 or 1000 circa 01-03

Not a gsxr 1100. They have a different frame design. Either a gsxr 600/750/1000 from early 2000's.

    It's not a 600 - they have RWU forks. This one has USD's = 750 or 1000.
