    I just purchased a factory fairing for my xj750 and I was wondering if anyone knows somewhere or someone I might be able to buy a windshield from, I dont want to spend a fortune either. Please let me know. Thanks. :D

    Sorry SuperB I missed the word factory when I read your post. Ltdave thanks for catching that, When are the dates in muskegon you mentioned.     B and i have the same fairing...

    in fact he almost got the one i bought. the seller didnt exactly disclose everything about mine before the deal but i can fix it...

    The "750" on your handlebar covers, is that original or custom?
    I lost my original "Yamaha" cover a few months ago. :(

    You may want to try Gustafsson's Plastics. I think they are out of Florida. Thats the only place I found that makes the shield for my Vetter Rooster. Their web address is:

    I'm not sure who made those fairing for these bikes, it could have been Vetter. If they did make them then a shield from another one of their fairings may fit. Gustafssons would be your best bet.

    I just went to my local glass shop and they cut me a new one out of Lexan for 70 bucks and they helped me bend it into place. This might not be an option if you shield has a drastic curve to it, but its worth a shot. On a side note I wish I had payed a little more for the plexi, not as durable but harder to scratch. I park my bike under a tree once and the branches scraped it all up.
