    The scrolly-thing that shows the last 10 posts apparently has the profanity filter enabled, but the rest of the site doesn't. so any time a post shows up about a petcock, it shows "pet(edited)" o something like that.

    not a big deal, but kinda funny :)

    Pretty silly if you ask me. We're all adults here and you are referring to the part by it's proper name, so why the silly censorship? I could see it if someone was on a rant and using improper language, but as part of a noun that does not have a negative connotation it's an overreaction.

    Pretty sure there is no "petcock policy" going on. :)
    phpBB software (used here) comes with a built-in list of words it automatically filters.

    Betcha our Sheriff disabled that long ago for this board, but until eagle-eyed Stereomind spotted this, nobody knew it still filtered the brand new scroll feature.

    Like you said: no big deal, but kinda funny! Maybe Chacal will start stocking new or rebuilt Pet(Bloops) soon.
