    Hi fellow XJers:
Here is a photo of my 1984 XJ 750 RL and a early 80's Gazelle sidecar that was made in Eastern Canada. I mounted it to the bike last summer, then spent the winter doing the body work and getting the paint matched.
A group of us have formed a sidecar club called S.A.V.I. It stands for Sidecar Association of Vancouver Island. We plan to meet once a month for breakfast, then go for a short ride. In July we hope to get together with the Harley Owners Group and spend the day giving rides to disabled kids. In September we have scheduled a sidecar rally here in Victoria.
This has been a very enjoyable project made much easier by all the info available on this forum. Thanks to all who contribute.

    Dude,

you must be a RockStar to those kids. That is one of the coolest ideas I've heard in a long time. You Freaking Rock!!!!!!!!!!

The bike and sidecar are very very cool. What a great jub on the paint. I truely am jelous.

This makes me want to go out and get a sidecar and go down to the childrens school near where I live.

I think we all could aspire to do more of this kind of thing.

    Keep up the good Karma.

WOW, nice job!! A side car would be a nice addition for the winter months around here so I wouldn't lose it on the icy roads.

Truly stellar. It's amazing what you're doing for the kids. Right on. Also, I've got to say I absolutely love the paint job. How did you do it? If you have a minute to post some details, I'm sure it would be most appreciated. Rock on.
