    I HATE it when that happens! I don't think you can extend the exhaust wrap beyond the aluminum exhaust mounting flange,as it will interfere with the seating of the headpipes. However,I have never wrapped pipes before...

    It actually fits fine if i only had the split collars to finish it off, i started machining down 1 1/8" shaft collars yesterday but that takes alot of time, so i was hoping to get some ideas on were to find or make some.
