PPG used to have (still has?) a device that will read the existing color of paint and generate a paint color that is guaranteed to be a "blendable" match - it was called the "PPG Prophet" as I recall. I used to work in their paint mixing software development group about 12 years ago. Likewise, their automotive paint database goes back for decades. I just remember if it covers motorcycles as well. If you go to any PPG paint dealer, they should be able to help you.

If you don't have one there, I expect someone here in the US would be happy to help.

Actually the company that makes yamaha's paint is:

    http://www.color-rite.com/

They don't go back that far on thier charts online but bet they have the info if you call or email them.
