So, I syncd & now it won't start

    did you put the airbox boots back on? if you get too much air it will be a PITA to start. Did you bench sync? or did you just adjust all the screws to the same setting as a starting point? You really need a vacuum guage or homemade setup to sync them as it is not the position of the screws but how much vacuum each cylinder draws and the goal is to get them all even.

    1.5 turns out is not enough. Factory setting to start the bike is 2.5 turns out. What you most likely did was to set it too rich or too lean, most likely, too lean to start. This is why I suggest colortuning first. I would turn all the mixture screws out 2.5 turns from closed and see if it starts.

    Sorry I misunderstood. If you only movedone screw then back that screw out another full turn and leave the others alone. You probably only have a few cylinders hitting at idle and dropping this one out was enought to keep it from starting.
