foot peg rubber

    Has anyone bought new front footpeg rubber covers? I inquired at my local dealer, and he said he would order em, but could not tell me if they would actually be in stock from Yamaha. I don't really want to order em without knowing if they will come in.

    These bikes are old and I would think it might be questionable.

    I was able to get the carb boots between the jugs though. There are NO aftermarkets for them.

    I guess you wont know until you try. If they arent I would look into some pegs like the ISO style.

    I recently bought new footpeg covers from a Yamaha dealer online. They were pretty affordable (~$10) and weren't at all old and dry. You just cut the oldones off and slide the new ones on.
