    Hey folks:

I just purchased an 83' XJ750. The bike doesn't have a marking to signifiy if it is a Maxim so I'm not sure if it is. (Anyway to tell?)

    I own 9 different bikes....4 GS-Suzukis, 2 Yamaha RDs, 2 GT-Suzuki Triples and now this very cool XJ750.

I'm 46 years old and have been turning wrenches on Metric bikes for over 30 years. I love these machines. (Every now and then I purchase an old Harley just to fix-up and sell.)

I have some problems with my XJ750 and have posted in the chat-room. I hope someone can help me with my problem.

Looks like an excellent site and I look foward to corresponding with the members.

I live in the mostly unpopulated Southeast Kentucky mountains so I have beautiful roads to ride....only problems are coal trucks.

    Thanks for the site: dtkid

Welcome and hello dtkid! Beautiful land up there. I've looked out over Kentucky from the Tennessee border a few times, I LOVE the Smokies!
You've got yourself some prime riding out there.

Oh yeah, nothing like meeting a overloaded Mack on a curve and seeing chunks of coal dropping off the sides. That will wake you up. Used to be they didn't evern have to cover the loads, but seems someone told me they now do have to tarp the load.
Those suckers are scary in a car.....I'm from Pike County originally

    welcome to the forum.

I too will be checking the site daily......I've been a member of "TheGSResouces" site for years and they also are incredibly helpful and a lot of fun to participate with.

<<go to the photo gallery in the menu on the left side of the page. Upload pics to your own gallery. Or open an account with
photobucket or image shack, host your pics there and post them here. Or do both like me.
