    Hi all, newbie here.

So i bought a cheap XJ600S 1992 last week and the plan is to fix it up nicely before next spring when i will start with my drivning lessons.

I have allready given the bike some love and it runs fine and sounds good. So with the motor running, next step is to fix some of the big cosmetic issues.
Im going to need a few replacement parts that are pretty expensive if i go to the local OEM dealer.
Ive noticed there arent alot of used xj600 spare parts where i live, but alot of xj900 tho.

So my question is which, if any, of these parts from an xj900 would fit on my xj600? (Fueltank, rear side fenders, instruments).

Example, would the fueltank from an 1997 xj900 fit on my 1992 xj600?

    Thanks in advance

    Welcome to XJBikes !

We ( USA ) never got the 900 Diversion, but I understand it's similar to the 600. Where are you?

Everything i can find online seems to indicate it would fit just fine but as i cant try it before i buy it, i wanna make sure i dont pay for something i cant use at all.
