Cool! That looks like a circa 1970 650cc XS-1 motor on a highly customized bobber frame. Nice work. Anyone you know?

Different strokes and all of that.
    A work of art yes,
Something to be proud of yes,
    Incredible amount of work yes,
Dont get me wrong I like the way it looks and if it was parked in the street I would probably walk round it checking out all the little touches that make it unique to the guy who built it.Probably take a few ideas away for my own ride.
But to me its a bike you can't ride, down to the local shops maybe or just round the corner for a bit of a pose but not a useful piece of machinery. My back hurts just looking at it.
But thats all right he didn't build it for me

I know it's copper metalflake, but it looks brown to me.
And no front brakes? Or a work in progress.

Looks like a finished bike to me... one without a front brake.

Must be built for KAOS.

I'm sure it's the "Pride and Joy" of the builder.
And, ... like a few of you said, "To each his own"!

But, that ain't the kind of bike you want to strap the saddlebags too and go to visit your sister -- three hundred twenty five miles away!

I need a Soft Tail, Plush Seat, Windscreen and a Throttle Lock, please!
When you get to be my age ... that HUGE Seat on the Big GoldWing starts to look awfully inviting!

60 Years old, today and still out riding like the wind!

    Rick,

    60!!! Good on you.

All the very best...I'm just 5 years and 3 months behind you. And I hope to be riding like the wind at 60 years of age too. On a HARLEY...Ooops...NO...I mean YAMAHA XJ900!!!

    Have a gret one.

    Cheers,

    Karl
