A funny thing happened when I got to work today

    Sitting on my desk was a pilot jet!
    With a note "Paul, found this near where your bike was parked yesterday"

    odd, it ran ok on the way home (as far as I could tell, was too occupied with dodging thunderstorms), but, would explain why my idle was all over the place this morning!

    Luckily, we have tools here at the school (I'm in the IT Dept).
    I was thinking of running to Facilities and getting plumbers putty, but then thought I might be better going to the Arts building and getting a spot of modeling clay to cover the hole so it doesn't come out on the way home today.

    bummed that I lost the spring too :cry:

    You mean a mixture screw, perhaps?
