i would venture to say HELL NO! jetting depends on engine size, exhaust, and a number of other possible variables so i doubt they will be perfect. they might start run and sputter for you though.

"Smoothbore slide carbs make more top end (and sometimes midrange and upper midrange) HP, by way of flowing more air than CV carbs for a given diameter. When the throttle is all the way open, there is nothing obstructing the flow of air save the jet needle, unlike a CV carb, where the butterfly shaft and, depending on rpm, the slide is in the way. The smoothbore carb also has no turbulence-causing divots in the wall and floor of the bore for the slide to fit in. Instead, the slide is a much larger diameter than normal, allowing it to intersect the wall through two slits. The disadvantage is that the carb cannot easily be tuned to work well at all rpm for a given throttle position, if at all. This means that the rider must learn throttle control, i.e. cannot expect to be able to whack the throttle all the way open from idle or just off idle and expect the engine to pull cleanly."

Chef-Frank, the carbs on Turbo models has some special features to seal them against the boost pressure, which means that you're pretty much going to be using the factory carbs!
