    I guess I am finding out what "market value" is for the bike. 4 days into the auction and it's sitting at $910.

    Selling on eBay has been an experience.... Had a guy email me asking if I would take $3200 worth of fire arms in trade.....

    Yeah, I hear you. I am selling my first item on ebay this week and I am all weird about it. I wonder why that guy wants to dump his guns... :?

    With gas prices, I am sure that you'll get some good bucks out of that.

    Seriously- I looked for weeks and paid twice what you're being offered for a bike in similar condition (though mine has bags and faring). Give it some time. Have you tried listing locally on Craigslist? The people can see what nice shape she's in and catch the fever.

    Very pretty bike, BTW. You must have really cared for her well.

    Dont know what I'll do now. Maybe keep it or list it locally....

    Put it up on Cycle Trader or Walneck's, eBay is wonky at best. Craig's list is also a very good suggestion, be sure to post a pic. It IS beautiful, I still think you oughtta find a way to keep it.
