i have a National Cycle Plexifairing 3 installed on my xj650, the part that is molded to the glass ( plastic ) that the arms connect too are broken and lost. i called National Cycle and they said that the only way you could fix it was to buy the whole windshield, they do not sell these parts due to being molded into the windshield when it was made. Does anyone know of an idea or another company that makes some thing that all i do is drill holes in the windshield to be able to connect my hardware. Any help will be appreciated.

You could try to get a hole saw and put ones in that most windshields use....which is a plastic hollow bolt actually the the connecting rod sits within.. just an idea..may be easier to fab a mount than to try and build one like came with it..
