Master cylinder from any yamaha that has the same number of discs (1 or 2) should work.

I have an 04 R6 MC on my bike, required no changes to the brake lines or banjo (though I opted for 2 seperate stainless lines).

Mikes XS makes an updated drilld / slotted disc for the XS650 that fits the seca 650 as well, biut not sure about the 750... Not sure about any calipers.

If you're looking for a stronger front brake try stainless braided lines first.

If that isn't enough then look into the master cylinder and disc upgrade.

The calipers will be model specific. So only buy calipers off a 750 Seca. The master cylinder is remote mounted behind teh headlight and cable actuated so it will be model specific unless you want to have the master cylinder on the handlebars like the Maxim. This could be done but the master cylinder/brake lever brake line would probably have to be replaced with a longer one. This would also mean the handlebar cover on that side would have to be removed or cut to fit.

Here is what I have right now. Changed out the bars to ones off of a 79 xs 1100, the gauge cluster off of the 1100, slip on mufflers from a old sportster, pod air filters, front fender off of the 1100 also. I also changed out the headlight, I used the bucket off of a cb 550 honda, it bolted right on. I am also willing to change the whole front end if i can get something to work, so i can get front brakes to work!

    Thanks to all,
    Sam
