actually I love red, especially the candy paint (candy apple red), but I didn't want to go out and spend another $400 on paint when I had plenty of the candy blue left from the gix (a small 200ml bottle of the candy is almost $100 and I only needed 20ml to do the gix  ), plus I like the idea of having both my bikes the same color, going to paint My Bronco the same I think

    I'm with Losdinspace...

I noted you changed your light set up and front screen during the build, but I can't find a note on it. Where did you get it all and what are your thoughts on the result?

    Cheers,

it's a head light cover that was suppose to be for my Gix and didn't fit (guy sold me the wrong one), found out later it's for a 96-96 GSXR750 S-RAD, ... it was only cheap so I just shaped it around the lights and mounted it with a few L-brackets... few of my buddies don't like it much and think I should have left it off, but I like it and it hides all the wiring and cables :D

candy paint is actually a tint that you mix with clear and spray over a base coat, in my case silver... different base gives different color outcome...

The box that I am using is a really tight fit. Yours looks so much better plus it covers the gauges too. I would say keep it on there!

What about the twin lights lads. Where did you get yours from as they are everywhere online and I'd prefer to get something that I know someone else has experienced.

just cheap universal driving lights I got at the local Auto parts store for $12, they work really well, and just bolted to the stock headlight mount once I spread it apart a bit...BTW I moved my gauges from the top to the bottom of the triple which lowered them a couple of inches...

I saw your F150 at a car show in town before. Paint def didn't look like i was painted in your yard, haha. I'm sure the Bronco will come out good too.

I was wondering b/c I'm planning on painting my S10 when I get home. Don't think I'd be brave enough to do it in my yard, though. I'd be too afraid of bugs / gras / what-not.
