I had a tarp over my bike. But when I came home tonight. The tarp was off my bike. N it was raining really bad.. Now I don't know if there is water in my airbox or not since it was dark n I couldn't tell.. But, if water did get in there. What should I do about it?

    Thanx

You could add a couple of teaspoons of Crystal Lite, mix it up and drink it out through a straw ...

    -or-

Use some Paper Towels and soak it all up and dry-out the Airbox and dispose of the soaked Paper Towels in an environmentally friendly manner.

    -or-

    Wait for it to evaporate.

if you got enough in there it could end up in your crankcase.

Our motorcycles were designed to not blow up just because they get wet. What makes you think water would get in their in the first place? But in the event it did, it would simply drain out of the drain tube, and any residual water left over would just get sucked into the engine and expelled as a byproduct of the combustion process.

"and any residual water left over would just get sucked into the engine and expelled as a byproduct of the combustion process."

    And improve the gas mileage.

    Not really.
Water and oil mixed at engine temperatures makes an ugly, creamy, sludge.
Usually on the inside of the Cam Cover.

Of course, we're talking a LOT of water introduced to the Oil.
I doubt you got close to that.

I have a feeling that whatever moisture might have invaded beyond the airbox is going right out the tailpipes as steam.

How did water get in there, anyway?
The airbox is supposed to be air tight except for the Outside air intake and the line coming-up from the Shift Cover.

    Yep.
    That's the Intake Port.

I didn't realize you didn't have a seat on the Bike.
Next time ... stuff a rag in there.

I left a bike out like that and got a surprise a heck of a lot worse than some rain water.
    Bees!

Some kind of Wasps or Hornets made a nest down in there.
And they didn't like it when the bike got moved.
    Angry little sons-uh-bees!
