The BLUE indicates you have "Found" the IDEAL Idle Mixture.
Colortuning saves hit and miss Idle settings...
I think the Snorkel limits MAF (Mass Air Flow).

I'm being treated at the Lahey Clinic and the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital.
I changed my Standard Bulb to a Sylvania SilverStar.
I also modified the adjuster at the bottom of the Bucket to allow for a few degrees more...
The Oil Filter Bolt has a generous "Shouldered" area just beyond the Flats.
You can remove the Headers and get a Pipe Wrench to grab that Shoulder.
Starting by setting the #-3 Carb snugly closed on the Feeler ( I use 3X5 Card strips ) is Key.
Match 4 to 3
Then do 1 and 2.
When this happened too me; I pulled the Head and Guides.
When I had it sorted-out,, ... I reused the Head Gasket.
"The Book" says NEVER Re-use...
If you still have the Cams in place ("think about removing the cam caps"), ...
you need to remove BOTH Cams before jacking-over the Crank by...
My first guess would be that the Timing Chain is stacked down at the Crank Sprocket.
Pull-up the Timing Chain removing all slack and see what...
Over-revving an engine is not a wise thing to do.
Over-revving an engine without a load is a stupid thing to do.
Even for an X-Bike, ......

You can get a Test Jumper at any RadioShack ....
You don't have to worry about a Stainless Kit causing you trouble.
I've have Stainless Kits on both Bikes.

The OEM Fuse Block might very well be at issue.
