No fire in the hole and bike is collecting dust. Looking for a known good IC Ignitor type TID14-02 4H7-10 for a 1980 XJ650 or information on how to repair one, schematic with parts list if there is such a thing.

How do you know it is your ignitor ? Could be one of several components....
Battery, pickup coils, ignition coils, wires, or caps, kill switch, ignition switch.....

Are you sure it is the ignitor ? They are pretty dependable....

Well not absolutely, positively, without a doubt sure but have done the following and can find no other problems:
Problem/Condition: No spark on any plugs.

    Coils checked: 1&4 Pri = 2.7 ohms Sec = 12.02k ohms
    2&3 Pri = 2.7 ohms Sec = 11.87k ohms

Ignition Switch = 0.7 ohms when on

Kill Switch On = .63 ohms when on, open circuit when off.

    Plug cap resistors removed: #1 = 4.62k ohms, #2 = 5.23k ohms, #3 = 5.25k ohms, #4 = 7.06k ohms.

    Plug caps tested between wire post and spark plug conn: #1 = 4.63k ohms, #2 = 5.26k ohms, #3 = 5.29k ohms, #4 = 7.08k ohms (a little high).

Battery connected in parallel with car battery (out of auto).

Regulator/diode tested - Multimeter on diode test: Three white wires to red wire continuity toward red wire, open circuit reversed. Three white wires to black (ground) wire continuity toward white wires, reversed open circuit.

All electrical working properly, idiot lights, head lights, turn signals, dimmer, brake lights, kick stand switch, etc.

Haven't checked pickup coils but both going bad at same time would seem unlikely.

Willing to try anything if you have any suggestions. Not looking forward to shelling out good money for something that I'm not sure of.
