1981 maxim gas tank and side cover info??!!

    I have a 1981 maxim 650 that needs a new gas tank and right side cover what years and which model will fit on my 1981???? (example will a 1981 maxim 550 side cover fit on my 650 and so on??) thanks, Erik

    I think only 650 side covers will work for the 650 but the XJ750 gas tank will work. Try seaching ebay under xj750, xj 750, xj650, xj 650 and yamaha maxim.
