1981 xj 650 paint color (Black with red flakes)

    Hello,

    I recently purchased some Yamaha hard saddle cases and I am looking to paint them to match the rest of the bike (and a possibility of repainting the gas tank). I am trying to find somewhere to get paint that matches. I was told that I could find the paint color from the VIN, but I am not sure because of the VINs being different before 82'. The paint that is currently on the tank is a glossy black with red flakes/sparkles. If anyone can help me find a place that I can get some of this paint, Thanks
