1982 Maxim 1100 - Parts for sale

Up for sale is the fairing off my 82 maxim 1100. It is called a WindJammer. Unit is in great shape, very clean, no damage, all lights/wiring works fine. I just bought the bike and am in the process of stripping it down to build a bobber, so I just don't need the fairing. Let me know if I missed anything, or if you have any questions.

Includes the headlight assembly, mounting brackets and the wiring harness to the bike.

This unit should also fit any air cooled 650/700/750. Not sure if it will fit a liquid cooled model though.

If you are not going to reuse the tank and side cover badges, I am interesteed in them. I could also use the ignition switch cover.

I am planning on selling the exhaust after the build is finished, I want to put a "modified" stock (4into2) exhaust on it. I do have one person ahead of you in line for the exhaust when I get ready to sell it. If that doesn't work out, I will get ahold of you. Thanks man!

I should have seen this before. You said you have handle bar risers? Those handle bars look very similar to the ones I have some differences. It appears the round control bars are longer than mine. I was just thinking the other day that I would like to make them longer.
Could you send me some close up pics of the handle bars and the riser?
I'll PM you with my email addy. I wish I'd seen that before you shipped the shocks.
